In the Decree on income surtax (»Official gazette« nr. 7/94, 93/01, and »The Official herald of the city of Split« nr. 1/94, 15/01) article 5 is altered and now states:

»The income surtax is payed according to the rate of 15% on the basis from article 4 of this Decree«

This decree comes into force on the November 1st 2017.
